How to flash the microprocessor on the Inductive Sensor?

Hi, I have the problem that the Microprocessor (mke04y8vtg4) on my inductive sensor stopped working. I managed to get a new one. But now the problem remains, where can i get the firmware for this chip and how can i flash it?
