Hi all,
I am trying to perform segmentation on my macaque T1weighted MRI data with the Primatologist toolbox. I encountered a few errors when running the pipeline. At the first step, a warning popped out indicating that "IP is close to the AC-PC axis. This may be an error, and in any case leads to a poor precision on the determination of the interhemispheric plane. You should better chose area upper in the brain". Then, there appeared to be a few "VIP errors" which indicated "Negative or Null limit value" and "Execution aborted in the function'(distmap)VipComputeFrontPropagationConnectivityDistanceMap". Then the processing was completely aborted at step called "Skull Stripping".
I've tried to reselect the commissure coordinates several times following the guidance on the website, but the warning was still there. I've also tried to increase the coeff_rigidity and coeff_power_regul parameters of the bias correction step, but still didn't work out. May I ask if what the cause to this problem might be, and what other potential solutions should I try out?
Thanks,
Sihan
