Hello BrainVISA Support Team and Community, I am currently facing an issue while trying to convert a Singularity image file to a Docker container using the casa_distro_admin tool. My ultimate goal is to run BrainVISA scripts in batch mode through a Docker container, which is critical for integrating with our existing pipelines. Configuration Details: When attempting to convert a Singularity image without specifying the convert_from option, which should automatically detect the container type from the source metadata, I encounter the following error: ValueError: Unsupported converted container type: None Detailed Error: Traceback (most recent call last): Are there known compatibility issues between Singularity CE 4.1.2-jammy and CASA-Distro 3.1.1 that might affect metadata recognition and handling? Thank you very much for your time and help. Carole-Anne |
