Summary: Different software are installed in different containers. The global pipeline needs to run them during its execution.
Description:
We want to be able to have software contained in separate containers, to avoid installation of many softwares in the same global container (for modularity purpose). As an example, morphologist can use spm for normalization but spm is not installed in the BrainVISA container.
