Being able to track when a file is loading but not yet playing

Sometimes on slow connections the file doesn't play right away, because it hasn't loaded enough yet. How much does it buffer the file before it starts playing, is that always the same amount?

Or how could i fire an even when the file is actually playing and not loading anymore.

Any kind of help would be welcome.

(not really an issue btw, more a help/feature request kinda thing. the plugin works really well.)
