Extract Vertica.Integration.Infrastructure.Database to own nuget package

Extract classes in namespace Vertica.Integration.Infrastructure.Database (except castle.windsor dependencies) to its own nuget package, so pattern/database setup can be shared between application and integration projects.

It's a really good idea @larsbj1988 - it's gonna be a breaking change though, which I'm not sure how to handle - but I'll look into it soon.
