More consistent UX for time entry

The time entry uses

• "LEFT": for Done
• "RIGHT": for moving to next box
• "MINUS": for delete/previous

More consistent would be:

• "LEFT": leave UI
• "RIGHT": accept values
• "PLUS": move to next
• "MINUS": move to previous
• "SQUARE": delete entry field

What do you think?

There's also a new Ra/dec entry merged in main, should also look what that uses

This also applies to the "Save location screen" from Start > GPS Status > Quick Menu: Save. Probably it's the same UI component used. See also #341
