Save location from GPS status may store locations with-out name or duplicate location names

Is seems that the GPS save locations screen, from the marking menu in the Start > GPS Status screen, can save locations with-out name, e.g. when in the location name entry LONG+LEFT is pressed.

The dialog also features are default name of the form loc X, where X is a number. This number seems not to be increased between invocations, so that duplicate location names result.
