Typo in readme regarding RAM needed for 235B

Readme mentions

But if I'm understanding the rest of the docs, INT4 is 110GB meaning you'd only need 220GB system ram and not 500GB, right? Is that comment specifically relating the INT8, or am I misunderstanding something?
