• Hook parsing options to JS, right now it's not possible for the JS part to decide what it supports, some people might want to disable GFM, for instance.
• Hook MDX options (ex: jsxImportSource etc)
• Streaming / Auto-fix
• Investigate if there's a way that doesn't destroy performance to support parser extensions (probably not)
