Windows 11 26H1 TPM 2.0 not supported.

I use i5 4590 as my secondary PC.Try to update from Windows 11 25H2 to 26H1.Even though I use FlyOOBE to modify the ISO.It still says TPM 2.0 not supported.I can confirm the "Windows Server" trick does not work for 26H1 iso.
