[Feature]: Allow to check if attachment is present on some keywords

Problem / Motivation

Sometimes I forget to attach a file and send email like:

Of course, see the attachment.

Proposed Solution

Allow to specify keywords (to support multiple languages) in settings and check if there are some attachments when the keyword is present.

Alternatives Considered

Be treated like ADHD person like I am :)

Good one! Supporting this. Having a keyword array of strings which holds some defaults per language and also allows custom ones would be awesome.

1. User triggers event send mail
2. BW loads the keywords
3. BW does lookup
4. if not found: goto 7.
5. msgbox yes/no: "The keyword 'angehängt' was found but there is no attachment. Send anyway?"
6. no: cancel send and back to editor
7. yes: send it, move it to Sent
