[Bug]: Adding Trusted sender from Admin UI does nothing

Description

I click the button but nothing happens

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings, Emaiul behaviour
2. Click Trusted Senders
3. Click 'Add Sender Manually', then nothing happens

Expected Behavior

When i click Trusted Senders a UI appears to add them

Actual Behavior

Nothing
