ZooSetMenu Crashes Maya

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a set
2. press 'S'
3. release 'S' without selecting anything
4. Now when ever I right click the menu comes back and won't allow me to select 
anything in the the menu.
5. Breaks all hotkeys
6. Crashes Maya if repeated right clicking occursin frustration

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of the menu just disappearing it seem to get caught if nothing's 
selected in the menu after pressing 's'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version, Windows 7

I should add that for step 2, I press and hold 'S' so the menu pops up, once 
this menu is up and if i don't select anything in the menu and then release 'S' 
anytime i try to then click anywhere the menu pops back up and whenever i try 
to click anywhere it just appears wherever i click with no way to select 
anything in the menu.

Oh and also if i don't set a key on my newly created set after selecting 
'create' from the menu the menu will continue to appear wherever i click with 
the left mouse button and disabling any ability to select anything until I 
press 'alt' and set a key and which point something happens to kill all my 
shortcut keys and i have to restart Maya for them to return.
