Build fails during Hypervisor OracleVM3 build step

Hi @bvbharatk. Thanks for putting this Vagrant environment and provisioning routine together. I think it will save our development team a lot of time.

The Vagrant provisioning process fails when building the Hypervisor OracleVM3 plugin:

I've run through the provision process multiple times to verify this wasn't a fluke, and it fails consistently at this step.

Let me know if there's any testing or additional information I can provide.
