Updater is not cancelled after parse finishes #1
Description
The updater does not cancel after the parse completes, and as a result, gradually freezes the server as the updater is only meant to be running whilst a parse is active. Prolonged activation of the updater will cause ill-effects to both the server it is running and, as well as the VPS as a whole (since we have not dockerized our servers yet.)
