To add "★ ☉ ☿ ♀ 🜨 ☽ ♂ ♃ ♄ ⛢ ♆ ♇" to the character list of DB48x

The following characters (with their Unicode designations) must be added to the DB48x character library:

★ (Black Star): U+2605
☉ (Sun): U+2609
☿ (Mercury): U+263F
♀ (Venus): U+2640
🜨 (Earth / Alchemical Symbol for Verdigris): U+1F728
☽ (First Quarter Moon): U+263D
♂ (Mars): U+2642
♃ (Jupiter): U+2643
♄ (Saturn): U+2644
⛢ (Astronomical Symbol for Uranus): U+26E2
♆ (Neptune): U+2646
♇ (Pluto): U+2647

This is necessary because, in agreement with @c3d, I am currently realizing a reorganization of the DB48x constants library, including the addition of a section titled "Astronomy." The neat current division into twelve sections is maintained by merging the "Electromagnetism" and "Magnetism" sections (plus few other minor changes). Several new constants (relevant to engineering and thermodynamics) will also be added to the renamed "Materials & Fluids" section. I anticipate that the final version of the library will contain nearly 250 constants and parameters (from now 84). As before, the library is built with automatic dependency propagation for internal calculations.

Adding those characters is easy. Just add a line to config/characters.csv:

"Astronomy", "★☉☿♀🜨☽♂♃♄⛢♆♇"

But except for Venus and Mars they don't show. I guess they aren't in the fonts.
I won't be able to fix that (will require considerable study, for me; there are other priorities).

I wish there were a few rpl commands to get around this (along these lines):

<bitmap for character> "<character>" DefineCharacter
{ "<character>"+ } "<Character set name>" DefineCharacterSet

You could then put what you need in a "program" file, with documentation / comments, and load that.
That would replace the handling of the config/characters.csv file and parts of src/character.cc.

I have similar idea's for the constants, equations and units.
