ontology_mappings.txt not synched up for codes in resource_uri_to_oncocode_mapping.txt

Mappings for a whole bunch of ONCOTREE_CODEs (e.g. NRCC, CPH, OSGCT, ARCH...) from resources/resource_uri_to_oncocode_mapping.txt are not found in scripts/ontology_to_ontology_mapping_tool/ontology_mappings.txt. This is a great resource and was wondering if ontology_mappings.txt can be updated w.r.t resource_uri_to_oncocode_mapping.txt? Thanks.

@nalinigans we are working on this. It will take some time to get it all out though.
