Write Policy and Allocation Policy #4
Description
Write Policy and Allocation Policy should be the same variable. Since we are doing Write Back with Write Allocate or or Write-Through with Non-Write-Allocate I had the user pick 0 for option 1 or 1 for option 2. We should combine the two variables in the class instead of setting them independently and configure the styles in the init function. See latest code in my branch for the main file where I instantiated the Cache class object.
