Month jumps ahead, cannot be changed back to current month

Issue Summary

When booking an appointment for April, the webpage briefly flashes "april", the calendar then jumps to "may" and cannot be clicked back to the current month (april).

Steps to Reproduce

1. cal.com/actuallymentor
2. attempt to book 30 mins
3. calendar briefly flashes april, then jumps to may

Hi, I'd like to work on this issue!

I've been able to reproduce the bug locally — the calendar jumps to the next month on load and the back arrow is disabled, preventing navigation to the current month.

I suspect the issue is in the initial browsingDate calculation where the minimum date logic is incorrectly pushing the starting month forward. I'll investigate and open a PR shortly.
