[Feature Request] - Per-user torrent client category/tag

Allow per-user download categories or tags to be set for torrent clients (e.g. qBittorrent), so that downloads from different users can be routed to different folders or libraries.

Use Case
On a shared Shelfmark instance, different users may have separate media libraries (e.g. Audiobookshelf). Currently all audiobook downloads are sent to qBittorrent under a single global category (Shelfmark Audio Books), meaning all users' downloads land in the same folder and get imported into the same library regardless of who requested them.

A per-user category or tag override would allow downloads to be routed to user-specific folders, keeping each user's library separate.

Hi, shelfmark already allows you to select different folders or libraries per user. Would this not work for you?

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately the per-user destination folder doesn't work for my setup - I'm using an external hosted qBittorrent instance (seedboxes.cc), so Shelfmark sends torrents directly to qBittorrent and has no filesystem access to manage the files afterwards. Where files land is determined entirely by the qBittorrent category, which I use to trigger automatic imports into Audiobookshelf. Since the category is global, a second user's audiobook downloads get imported into my personal library. Sadly seedboxes.cc doesn't offer the option to run Shelfmark directly on the server, which would otherwise be the ideal solution - its such a good solution. I've gone ahead and forked the repo and implemented the per-user qBittorrent category override myself. Happy to share the code or submit a PR if it's something you'd consider merging.
