Rotary functions dont adjust properly

Any function assigned to a rotary is very jumpy, it goes back and forth between values as you turn. Same issue with heading, altitude, trim etc. I saw this was an issue with coms back in December but haven't seen any updates about it and wondering if its still a problem or if I didn't install something right.

Same for me :/ Altitute and Heading is very jumpy
