Update manual #263
Description
The manual hasn't been updated for awhile, so it's very likely at least a little out of date.
Things to consider (not necessarily comprehensive):
- Make sure pacifist, anama, and vahnatai character options are mentioned
- Check for inaccuracies in spell descriptions and the like
- Update any screenshots that are out of date (especially in the scenario editor docs)
- Make sure the scenario editor appendices are fully up-to-date
