Problem description

Wrong meeting time in README.md (i.e. on the SubscriptionStatus github landing page)

Expected behavior

The current schedule "Bi-weekly, Tuesday, 09:00 CEST (07:00 UTC)" should be corrected to the correct one "bi-weekly, Tuesday, 08:00 UTC (09:00 CET, 10:00 CEST)".
