Clarification on some properties(HTTPSubscriptionRequest and HTTPSubscriptionResponse) in webrtc-events

Problem description
The webrtc-events states that HTTPSubscriptionRequest and HTTPSubscriptionResponse schemas are applied when the proto field value is HTTP, but the current examples do not reflect those schemas i.e., need to clarify if they are needed.

Expected behavior
It should be clarified whether to:

• Update the examples to conform to the specification, or
• Remove the schemas.
