I have tried setting tags using nonsteam but they are not reflected in the Steam library, though they are reflected in shortcuts.vdf. I tested other changes such as changing the game title and those seem to work fine. From some other projects and discussions around them I see that Valve made changes to the way categories are stored. Should this still be working?
