Norway and New Zealand bounds are affected by a random region (maybe an island) #4

Both these countries have a path that is affecting the bounds when the map loads.

Country Name: New Zealand
CountryID: 2186224
FeatureID: 4033013
The FeatureID populates the paths. If they could be removed, I think that would solve the issue.
