Open participating notifications page when displaying of the number of participating notifications is configured #44
Description
I have found the following bug: I have Octo Mate configured to show the number of participating notifications on the extension's badge but when I click it, it opens the GitHub's unread notifications page.
The expected behavior is: Octo Mate opens the notifications page corresponding to the configured value of Show notifications number/Show when clicked.
When it's displaying the number of participating notifications on the badge, it should open the GitHub's participating notifications page, when it's configured to the number of unread notifications, it should open the unread notifications page.
