The amount of objectives to scroll through is quite overwhelming; it would be helpful to be able to focus on just the ones that are within the user's current scope. I think making objective sections collapsible could be a (relatively) low-effort and high impact solution.
All sections would show up expanded by default, and it's up to the user what they want to collapse - if anything. Information is saved somewhere so that it's persistent across sessions for the same user.
Optionally, objectives with labels like "Deferred" and "Not applicable" could be collapsed by default. Decision about this behavior would probably be up to @evildmp.
