Bad usage string for commands requiring a handle

help calls like ` fpgad remove bitstream --help` show
```
$ fpgad remove bitstream --help
Remove bitstream loaded in given `HANDLE` to fpga command

Usage: fpga remove bitstream

Options:
  -h, --help  Print help
```
but this does not tell the user how to specify the HANDLE
