Reduce verbosity of link check

When the link check fails, we need to sift through the output to find what failed.
It would be handy if the default verbosity was set to "warn" or "error".

For example, try to find the error in the screenshot below. Now imagine it is the only error in screens upon screens of output.

In #536, we changed the verbosity to quiet so only warnings and errors are shown. If you upgrade to the latest version of the Starter Pack, this should resolve the issue.

Is this closer to what you'd expect to see in the output?
