Unexpected flag error while tool calling using `cmcp`

In examples folder, the command to call tools using cmcp gives error:

Looks like the newer version of cmcp doesn't have -d flag.

Currently the cmcp is not supporting the -d flag. for calling tools you should do something like It

cmcp http://localhost:8000 tools/call name=add arguments:='{"a": 1, "b": 2}'

The example README.md (https://github.com/decentralized-mcp/servers/blob/main/example/README.md) should be updated.
