Package is archived on CRAN

I see the package was archived because of predict3d:: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/processR/index.html

This last package returned again to CRAN: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/predict3d/index.html

And it seems that processR was sent later again to CRAN:

Then, why is it not on CRAN?

As a further issue, in next line should indicate 2023 instead of 2022.
