Installation on Bookworm

I have published a fork on https://github.com/michaelgroni/cariboulite where install.sh runs on Raspberry Pi OS Bookworm without any problems as far as I can see.

Changes:

• Removed old path to config.txt.
• Code for driver and lib merged from https://github.com/matteoserva/cariboulite/tree/transmission_fix.
• A few minor changes to the code to make it compile.
• Get Soapy from apt instead of the source code. I couldn't get Gnuradio to work any other way.

There are still problems with Gnuradio:

• Receiving with one transceiver and transmitting with the other at the same time doesn't seem to be possible. Maybe it's the same problem as
  simultaneous transmission dont work? #199 . I'm not deep enough into it.
• After stopping a graph, the computer has to be rebooted before another one can be started.

I was partly wrong:

• Transmitting does not work at all with this setup. The only thing you can do is syntesizing an unmodulated carrier.
• Gnuradio graphs can be stopped and restarted as intended as long as you don't try to transmit via CaribouLite.

I went back to https://github.com/cariboulabs/cariboulite as the only basis.
