get rid of image uploads entirely #370
Description
the existence of image uploads causes multiple problems in current-day sb/fulptube
- these are completely out of place in the fulptube hitchhiker ui
- these will not work with the new upload page
- i think there's only about 50 or so image uploads on the whole site, so it's barely utilized at all
the intention is to migrate pre-existing image uploads into "wavelet posts", which are suited up journals. these could work with fulptube hitchhiker by being the equivalent to current youtube's community tab (aka backstage in vorapis v3 and as it was called in development).
