Create a new/install onboarding feature #4
Description
Right now when deploying to Heroku, users must set the admin email and password as environment variables. It'd be great to change this so that there's a simple setup screen that displays on a fresh install similar to WordPress. On that screen, setup admins could declare a username, password, logo url, and sendgraid api key and then launch the product from there.
