Replicate training early exiting BERT on msmarco passage

Should be relatively easy - just follow readme.

After training, make sure to record the results, and share the saved model checkpoint with us.

Also, please change Readme accordingly, e.g., we only need msmarco so the ASNQ part can be removed. Add more if there's anything unclear.
