I was going through the data pre-processing code 'batch_preprocess_filter_4var.py'
I have a minor question: why would you filter the data by t-test, where the two-sample t-test was implemented testing the dependence between one variable in two domains, and the threshold was selected quite small.
I don't have an intuition about this filtration.
Any explanation will be much helpful!
