how do we support and host I/Os with their webpages? do we have plans to charge?

it has always struck me as a bit crazy that the NSS tries to do all web dev internally

Has anyone ever considered creating a WP template for grottos to use and then charging them a nominal amount per year for the use of the template/hosting? With 250 I/Os It could potentially generate revenue to support web dev at the national level

1. do we have a wordpress template for grottoes to use?
2. do we have plans to charge grottoes a nominal fee for hosting?
