Hello! Thanks for sharing this great work.
Since I have been working with other modalities of medical images, I am unfamiliar with the preprocessing of CT/MRI. I have seen some hints of preprocessing the cardiac dataset in the other post. Could you please share the code for preprocessing the abdominal datasets (from raw data to npy)?
