Adding API's to generate and download support zip from bitbucket server.

Not a bug or any issue.
Was going through this link

Looks like there are REST endpoints exposed to download support zip(which would contain server logs, configs etc ) from bitbucket server and data center as well.

Mind if I put a PR together for adding these endpoints into this client ?

As if any self-respecting project maintainer would turn down contributed code ;) By all means put something together and we can look things over. Yeah those endpoints have come up before by someone else and thought they would be great to have just never followed up on it.

I put together an intial draft of the PR for this.
Could you go over the changes here.

Also need your inputs regarding a couple of code changes about which I have mentioned in the description itself.
