Add Authorization Header for Swagger #19

We want to send an Authorization Header token from Swagger UI
Describe the solution you'd like
On the appSettings file we define the following configuration
- Swagger:AddAuthorizationHeader: true/false
- Swagger:BearerToken: Beares XXXXX
Describe alternatives you've considered
Send Authorization Header from POSTMAN
Additional context
The base line will continue working as it is, except when you send the Swagger configuration
