Don't let user to collapse the tree view when clicking in a node.

Hi, I am wondering if there is a way not to allow collapsing of row. I want it to be expanded all the time. Clicking a row should not collapse the treeview. If there is a solution to this and it will be helpful for my project. Thanks.
