In order for the account welcome emails to go out (e.g. to new workers), you'd need to have a functioning mail transport, and an outgoing address assigned to that transport that's used in Setup -> Mail -> Outgoing Mail -> Automated Email Templates. For new ticket autoresponses, see https://cerb.ai/workflows/cerb.auto_responder/ "Null Mailer" is a mail transport that pretends to accept mail for delivery, but just discards it. It's used for testing. |

Am I correct in understanding that after a new setup, there are no automatic email messages at first? That is, neither the administrator nor any agents receive a welcome email or similar, and customers do not automatically receive an email when a new ticket is created? These automatic functions would have to be set up manually?
Does “Null mailer” mean that all messages are discarded?
