Hi,

Our team uses Cerb for Outreach to clients. In a month we send around 5k-7k emails from Cerb. Is there a quicker way that I can download the data from Cerb monthly or anyway to integrate it with Data viz tool? I analyze this data month on month to calculate success rate each month then quarterly, half yearly and annually. I have 50+ columns in my export. Do I need these many columns? The answer is No but since there is no way to save a query and its quite cumbersome for my other report where i need 20-30 columns it becomes difficult to remove and then add.

Since you mention "export"ing the data, I'm guessing you are using the worklist export feature. It should remember the columns you exported last, but perhaps that's what you're referring to by your "other report".

Cerb does has a number of reporting-type widgets built-in, but if you want to get data into an external program, you could potentially use the Cerb API to do so instead of the worklist exports.
