Absence of latest release on conda-forge is blocking dependent packages #142
Description
An organisation-wide update is ongoing on conda-forge for the libxml package. There is currently an open PR at the davix feedstock conda-forge/davix-feedstock#48 . Until this PR is merged, any downstream package depending on davix will not be able to continue its part of the migration. As a result, that downstream package will not be able to do any update at all. For example, see PRs to the ROOT conda-forge feedstock which are all currently blocked by the outdated version of libxml conda-forge/root-feedstock#322 conda-forge/root-feedstock#321 (comment)
