Accordion is buggy

Visit https://cfpb.github.io/design-system-react/?path=/story/components-verified-expandables--accordion and hit the last accordion item. Sometimes it doesn't expand, and there is other funky behavior if you reload and interact with the example:

When I land on that story the last expandable item closes after a second, independent of any interaction on my part.
