Revert address name searches back to using matchPhaseQuery #213
Description
As mentioned on #211 (comment), street name searches with matchPhraseQuery stopped working with the Elasticsearch 2.2 upgrade, and I switched them to using matchQuery. We should figure out why this stopped working, and see if we can (or want to?) switch it back.
