Emit one geocoded feature at a time #227
Description
Right now, summary geocoded "metrics" are emitted through the websocket endpoint. Since the json properties have the source (i.e. state-address-points) it makes more sense to send a single message with the geocoded points as a GeoJson FeatureCollection
