Site Search is Laggy in Safari

I can't reproduce in firefox, but in safari the search input has noticeable lag when typing and running the profiler shows a lot of the time spent in JS land

Glad I'm not the only one! Certain words/component names just fail to load for me, others are laggy at best...

Definitely an issue that should be looked into. We had a proposal PR open for Algolia search by @noobinthisgame but it had some issues. I think that should be something we should investigate again.
